We assist our customers in the search for financing mechanisms for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects (“The Project”). When feasible, we can apply the Shared Savings Agreement (SSA) model, in which, GoSolar S.A. makes the investment in The Project. Under this agreement, the customer pays a percentage of the savings obtained as a result of the investment made by GoSolar S.A. . The term of the SSA is established based on the investments and payments to be made. Once the term of the SSA has expired, GoSolar S.A. transfers ownership of assets of The Project to the customer.
